Pan-fried Chow Mein is crispy egg noodles with egg gravy. Various meat and seafood can be used for this recipe.

Prepare fresh egg noodles

Prepare 1 lb pork slices.
Cooking Steps

Deep-fry egg noodles in hot cooking oil in medium heat until noodles is crispy.

Boil 10 cups of water in medium heat, and add in 1.5 lb of sliced pork, 1 tomato sliced, 3 tbs oyster sauce, 2 tbs light soya sauce, 3 tbs pork stock brand, pepper, corn flour mixture (2 tbs mix with 3 tbs water) to thicken gravy, and lastly add in 2 beaten eggs when soup is boiling hot.

When ready to serve, scoop cooked ingredients over fried egg noodles, and vegetables.
