KoLo Mee (Wheat flour Noodles) with Chai Siew ©

KoLo Mee with Chai Siew is the trade mark noodles of Kuching food. There is a distinct connection between Kuching and KoLo Mee. Anyone who have move to live overseas would miss the Kuching KoLo Mee.

I heard my sister in New York brought 10 packets of frozen KoLo Mee back to New York when she and her family went to Kuching for a visit. That goes to show how much the ex Kuchingites loves and misses KoLo Mee.

We are using the wheat flour noodles for this style of preparation.

The next posing uses the egg noodles, and I personally think the egg noodles in still the best kind for dry noodles.
