SALTED RADISH n PICKLED MUSTARD VEGE NOODLES SOUP ©

Sometimes we would have Fried Pickled Mustard Vegetables with meat or in soup, but for this time, I am trying a new dish by combining Salted Radish with Pickled Mustard Vegetables and Pork Spare Ribs in Soup over Bee Hoon (Rice Flour Noodles Stick).

It works well. Salted Radish has a sweet zesty taste, and it blends fabulously well with the Salty Picked Mustard Vegetables.

Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare 1 lb pork spare ribs.
Slice Salted Radish into thin strips.
Use Canned Pickled Mustard vegetables, slice into thin pieces.

Cooking Steps

Boil 8 cups of water in medium heat. When water is boiling, add pork meat, 1 tomato, salted radish, pickled mustard vegetables. For flavor, add:- 3 tbs pork stock brand, 1 tbs salt, some pepper..
Boil rice flour noodles in hotwater, and sieve.
When ready to serve, scoop cooked ingredients over boiled noodles and green vegetables.
