PRAWN NOODLES SOUP ©





Seafood lovers would enjoy this bowl of prawn noodles soup.
Prawn noodles soup orginated from Penang. This style of preparation is scrumptious, strong and sharp. The prawns soup has an intense seafood aroma, with hot and spices added to it. 



Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Boil thick egg noodles in hotwater, and sieve.
To prepare prawn paste - blend : 1 large onions, 5 gloves of garlic, small bowl of dried prawns, 5 red chillies, 1 yellow grass, 2 tbs sugar, 1/2 tbs salt, few slices of galangal, 1 tbs oil.
Boil 8 cups of water in medium heat, and add in prawn paste, 1 tomatoes, few slices of ginger, imitation crabs, 2 tbs fish sauce, 2 tbs chicken stock brand. When soup is boiling hot, add in prawns when ready to serve.








When ready to serve, scoop prawn soup over boiled egg noodles, and garnish with parsley or cilantro, green onions and dried onions. Bean sprouts and 2 halves of boiled eggs can also be added to the prawn noodles soup.
