Mee Sua is a dish of chicken meat soup with wine and a special kind of thin rice flour noodles. Boiling the thin rice flour noodles requires skill as too much boiling makes the noodles sticky. The soup is made up of chicken stock and rice wine.
Mee Sua is getting popular in Kuching but not many people enjoy this dish unless they can take the wine that is in the soup.
For this preparation, we are not using the thin rice flour noodles found in Kuching because we do not have such noodles in the Asean stores in Arizona. We are going to use the regular rice flour noodles stick.
