SEAFOOD NOODLES SOUP ©





There are various ways to prepare seafood noodles soup. Various seafood choices can be used. For this style, lobster balls and imitation crabs are the main ingredients with thick rice flour noodles.


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare by slicing any kinds of seafood balls: fish balls, lobster balls, prawn balls, squid balls and imitation crabs. Various seafood meats can do. In this preparation, I am using lobster balls.
Slice green vegetables and green onions.

Cooking Steps

Boil 8 cups of water in medium heat. When water is boiling, add seafood. Add 3 tbs fish seasoning powder/fish sauce, 2 tbs chicken stock brand, 1 tbs Vietnamese soup base (optional), 1/2 tsp pepper. 
Boil thick rice flour noodles in hotwater, and sieve.
When ready to serve, scoop cooked ingredients over boiled noodles and green vegetables. Add some cooked chicken meat (optional). Garnish with green onions.
