" Mani Chai " - small green leafy vegetables with long stalks are local crops in the tropical climate of Malaysia. "Mani Chai" fried with Bee Hoon and eggs with some seasonings is delectable and served in some noodles stalls in Kuching.
This dish is cooked in similar style but with local green leafy vegetable.
Ingredients and Preparation for 4
Prepare Bee Hoon (Vermicilli) (Rice flour noodles) by soaking in room temperature water until soft, and drained.
Cooking Steps
Combine Bee Hoon with the cooked ingredients and continue frying for another 10 minutes until the noodles has soaked up the moisture from the vegetables.
